Position Summary :

The Maintenance Staff are responsible for assisting the Maintenance Director with daily duties and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review and perform tasks listed on the Maintenance Log with list of requested and completed repairs daily.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Assists with refurbishment of resident apartments as they become vacant.
• Clean resident carpets as requested.
• Repair drywall and touch-up paint as needed.
• Drives the bus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
