Knowledge of OPERA and Alice A strong sense of urgency, flexibility, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task are a must Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English Multilingual College degree or equivalent experience. Hospitality degree is a plus

Trump International Hotel and Tower New York is looking for a Concierge to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include :
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide information to guests and visitors regarding the hotel and the city
- Identify guests’ needs and assist with recommendations and arrangements (reservations, transportation, etc.)
- Act as a liaison between guests and other departments within the hotel and external agencies
Job Requirement :
Base Salary : $30.98 - $41.3110
