Radiologic Technologist
Location: Detroit, MI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available – Day, Evening, and Night (8-hour shifts)
Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour (based on experience and specialty)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000 for Full-Time roles
Shift Differentials: Offered for evenings, nights, and weekends
Position Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced and dedicated Radiologic Technologists for full-time opportunities in Detroit, MI. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic radiologic procedures using advanced imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is a skilled imaging professional with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations according to physician orders and department procedures.

  • Verify patient identity and ensure exam appropriateness prior to imaging.

  • Operate and maintain radiographic and imaging equipment safely and effectively.

  • Produce clear, high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure.

  • Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients during imaging procedures.

  • Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality practices at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).

  • Must have or complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) training by the end of orientation.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong clinical and analytical skills to perform accurate, age-appropriate imaging procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.

  • Proficiency with radiographic equipment, PACS systems, and electronic health records.

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and assist patients as required.

  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity to ensure optimal image quality.
Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour, depending on years of experience and specialty.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000 available for full-time hires.

  • Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evenings, nights, and weekends.

  • Shift Examples:

  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • Night and weekend shifts also available.
