Gift Processing Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Gift Processing.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the Gift Processing team, ensuring timely processing of all gifts

Manage the gift processing function and oversee the reconciliation of gift data across multiple systems

Prepare financial campaign revenue reports and analyze gift data for operational improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or finance

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in gift processing within a nonprofit organization

Supervisory experience managing staff

Experience with general ledger systems is a plus

Extensive technical expertise in nonprofit CRMs, especially in data architecture and reporting tools
