About the Position
Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified Senior Program Manager to lead and coordinate professional services support for an opportunity with the Army focusing on operations analysis, modeling, simulation, tools and scenario development, wargaming, experimentation, technical reporting, and security and facility support.
The Senior PM is responsible for ensuring all contract requirements, task orders, and performance standards are met across program locations, while maintaining effective coordination with the Government's Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
This position is based in White Sands Missile Range, NM or Fort Bliss TX and is contingent upon contract award. Top Secret Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the contract and manage the relationship with the client
- Plan, direct, and oversee execution of all task orders supporting the Army's Analysis Center's analytical, engineering, modeling and simulation, scenario development, technical reports, and security support missions.
- Ensure deliverables, products, services, and personnel meet government needs and expectations
- Participate in post-award conferences, coordination meetings, technical reviews, and periodic progress meetings.
- Provide monthly contract progress briefings and written status reports in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and performance concerns and implement corrective actions in coordination with the Government.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring all services and deliverables meet contract performance standards.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all contract outputs, including analytical products, reports, and program documentation.
