Revenue Accounting Manager – Hybrid (1 day / week) or Remote (West Coast)

Base pay range

$135,000.00 / yr - $155,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types

  • Annual Bonus
  • Stock options

Location

Hybrid (Redwood City, 1x / week) OR Remote for strong candidates outside the Bay Area (West Coast hours).

    • What You’ll Do

  • Review & document complex SaaS revenue arrangements (ASC 606 / SSP / modifications)
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, RevOps on non‑standard contract review
  • Prepare technical memos, revenue analyses, and SOX‑compliant documentation
  • Support month‑end close (JE’s, reconciliations, revenue waterfall, flux analysis)
  • Collaborate with Professional Services on project‑based revenue recognition
  • Manage Billing Specialist & Collections Specialist
  • Support audits and process improvement initiatives

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years revenue accounting, including 3+ years technical ASC 606
  • Strong experience with SSP, contract review, deal desk, and memo writing
  • NetSuite ARM required
  • CPA or Public Accounting (revenue / technical) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to clearly articulate revenue concepts
  • Experience in high‑growth SaaS environments is a plus
