A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (APAC).
Key Responsibilities
Train with the customer support and engineering team to learn about Fleet and its troubleshooting processes
Deploy Fleet independently to understand the customer experience and product functionality
Assist the customer success team by addressing support issues and engaging with customers in Slack channels
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, or MacOS devices and MDM solutions
IT background with experience in device management solutions
Strong understanding of macOS, Windows, and Linux core services
Familiarity with SQLite, shell scripting, Python, and Powershell is a plus
Experience in resolving complex technical issues for enterprise customers
