Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts through digital channels to connect with Customers
Represent customer advocacy to inform product, marketing, and sales processes
Create digital content and playbooks to drive high usage and value realization for Customers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or software company
Experience creating digital marketing content preferred
Bachelor's degree with a focus in information technology, business, or finance preferred
Familiarity with tools commonly used in customer success such as Salesforce and Zoom
Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals
