Northern Gold Foods (USA) is actively recruiting Production Operators to join our team here at our Junction City, Oregon location.

SUMMARY :

Production Operators are responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and sanitizing our production lines.

SHIFT TIMES :

Our Weekday Nights Production Operators are scheduled to work four 10-hour shifts , Friday through Sunday. Currently, the start times available are 5 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 PM .

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Directly work with the Production Lead / Supervisor to ensure that the bar and / or granola lines are running properly
• Operate production line equipment including, but not limited to, industrial mixers, scales, printer labelers, ovens, cooling tunnels, high-speed packaging machinery and various other equipment related to food production
• Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients by following written recipes
• Ensure packaging materials are set up according to customer specifications
• Perform sanitation of production equipment, parts, and the surrounding environment
• Accurately record documentation to verify compliance with all required quality specifications and procedure checks for the assigned area
• Report all safety concerns immediately to direct supervisor(s) upon discovery
• Troubleshoot machinery as needed
• Work collaboratively with peers and leadership
• Follow all safety, quality and GMP requirements of the position
• Other special projects as assigned
