Pallet Painter - Weekday Day Shift

Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday, 5 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $19/hr

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Painters — a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect wood pallets for defects and ensure they meet company standards
• Operate the paint booth using a pneumatic paint gun to paint and stencil pallets accurately
• Ensure stenciling is precise, clear, and readable
• Communicate equipment needs or repairs to management as they arise
• Follow all safety procedures to support Plan To Zero (PTZ)
• Meet production and quality goals in a fast-paced, production-based environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Team player mindset and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform “Clean as You Go” sanitation and good housekeeping practices
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership
• Support team members and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Report any quality or safety issues promptly to supervisors
