Job Title : Content Operations Coordinator

Duration : 06 Months contract with possible Extension

Pay Rate : $38-$42.00 / hour DOE

Summary

An American multinational corporation and technology corporation is seeking a Content Acquisition Associate with 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. This role focuses on transitioning existing workflows into a new CRM system, optimizing content and data management practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective CRM integration and adoption.

Responsibilities :

Transition existing acquisition team workflows into new CRM tool.

Develop and document best practices for using CRM tool within content acquisition.

Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the team.

Optimize CRM databases for better data organization and reporting.

Must Have :

Experience working in both CONTENT and CRM systems.

Experience with NEW CRM integrations or implementations.

Qualifications :

3–5 years of relevant experience.

Strong collaboration skills with developers and cross-functional teams.

Ability to monitor adoption progress, collect feedback, and refine systems as needed.
