Your Role as Production Manager
As a Production Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our production systems. This role demands a results-oriented leader capable of streamlining processes, enhancing team performance, and maintaining high-quality production standards. You will lead daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, and implement innovative production solutions that support the company’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic DirectionProvide strategic guidance and day-to-day leadership for production operationsMentor, train, and manage staff to ensure optimal performance and growthFoster a high-performance, safety-first culture on the production floor???? Operations & Process ManagementOversee scheduling, staffing, and coordination of production activitiesDrive efficiency through continuous improvement and workflow redesignEnhance internal communications and cross-functional alignment???? Technical Oversight & System ManagementLeverage ERP and MES systems to monitor production data and inventoryEnsure compliance with quality standards and optimize resource utilizationCollaborate with leadership to align production with organizational goals???? Other Duties as AssignedSupport cross-border coordination and contribute to global operations planningMaintain documentation and reporting to support audits and performance reviewsWhat You Need to Succeed
Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and strategic planning abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh-level organizational and problem-solving skillsTechnical proficiency with ERP, MES, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field10–15+ years of experience in production operations or process managementMinimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership roleFamiliarity with electronics or battery manufacturing is a plusKorean language skills and cultural familiarity are highly desirable
