Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience. Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms. Flexible scheduling with control over hours, caseload, and work location. Hybrid work model with in-office and remote telehealth options. Free individual and group clinical supervision for those pursuing licensure. Built-in client referrals through partnerships with insurance providers, medical clinics, colleges, and universities.

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
MidWest Center is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated outpatient mental health therapist full-time or part-time to provide therapy for adults, adolescents, families, and couples. We are currently accepting applications for our St. Paul and Burnsville locations, with hybrid telehealth options available.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, families, case managers, and medical professionals, to coordinate care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in clinical practice.
