A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and update documentation and training materials for their platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze technical and product information to support documentation of new or updated features

Maintain up-to-date technical and non-technical materials, including manuals and training content

Facilitate collaboration with technical teams to document software platform issues and deliver training to users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, writing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical writer or in a related role

Strong skills in creating process documentation and training materials

Understanding of the software development lifecycle with experience in Agile or cloud-based products

Proficiency in MS Word and experience with topic-based authoring tools
