About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Assistant to support daily laboratory operations. This role involves assisting with experiments, maintaining equipment, organizing materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory materials, equipment, and solutions
  
  
• Assist senior staff with experiments and data collection
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and lab notebooks
  
  
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols
  
  
• Clean and sterilize equipment and workspaces
  
  
• Manage inventory of lab supplies
  
  
• Perform routine testing, measurements, and sample processing
  
  

Qualifications


Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  
  
• Good communication skills
  
  

Preferred:

• Coursework or degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
  
  
• Previous lab experience (academic or professional)
