Job Summary :

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. This role will involve working closely with various internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Proficient in project management and time management.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures and advertisements.
  • Measure and report on the success of brand marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the brand strategy.
