[job_card.job_description]Team Leadership & Supervision : Manage and support the team, providing guidance, coaching, and real-time problem-solving. Operational Oversight : Ensure that all care coordination activities run smoothly, including appointment scheduling, member inquiries, and care navigation. Escalation Management : Address and resolve member and provider escalations promptly, collaborating with internal teams when necessary. Process Improvement : Identify and implement efficiencies in care logistics to enhance the member experience. Communication & Reporting : Provide operational updates, report key metrics, and document any critical issues for weekday leadership teams. Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure all team activities align with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and member service standards. Experience : 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in healthcare, customer service, or care coordination. Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability : Must be able to work weekends and respond to urgent matters as needed Pay starts at $55,000 salary FREE Healthcare Benefit for You and Your Family – No payroll deduction.
