International Logistics Coordinator

A company is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to manage the international logistics lifecycle for global shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily international shipments, including documentation and tracking

Serve as the primary contact for freight forwarders and logistics partners, negotiating rates and monitoring performance

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate shipment planning and communicate status updates

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in international logistics or global supply chain

Strong knowledge of export / import processes, international trade regulations, and Incoterms

Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers

Proficient with logistics software and ERP systems

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
