Title : Data Entry Operator

Location : Boston, MA 02108

Duration : Temp contract and possibility to be extended the contract.

Pay Rate : $17.00 - $17.28 Per hour

Job Responsibilities :

A temporary Data Entry Operator to support entry of approximately 7,500 Nutrition Satisfaction Surveys. Surveys have been scanned and saved as PDFs and must be entered into a secure, web-based online form.

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging Independence AGE seeks a temporary Data Entry Operator to support entry of approximately 7500 Nutrition Satisfaction Surveys. Surveys have been scanned and saved as PDFs and must be entered into a secure web-based online form developed by AGE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter survey responses from PDF scans into an online data entry form.
• Identify and enter data from two survey versions with between 24-26 fields per survey.
• Follow defined data entry rules e.g. handling blanks other / specify responses and skip patterns.
• Perform routine quality checks self-review and / or supervisor-directed spot checks and correct errors promptly.
• Flag unreadable or ambiguous items for resolution by AGE.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all AGE data security requirements.

Required Qualifications :

Skills :

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive work.,

Proficiency with computers, including navigating PDFs and entering information into web-based forms.,

Demonstrated ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining data quality.,

Prior experience with high-volume data entry from scanned documents (PDFs).,

Experience using online form platforms and working with structured survey instruments.,
