    Back of House Team Member Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Can successfully uphold and demonstrate Chick-fil-A The Gardens Vision, Mission & Core Values
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

    • Compensation :

  • $15.75-$17.75 / hour
  • Probationary period of 30 days, starts at $15.00 / hour and increases to $15.75 after 30 days.

    Responsabilidades del Miembro del Equipo de Cocina :

  • Preparar, cocinar, ensamblar y presentar los alimentos de manera segura, rápida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estándares de Chick-fil-A.
  • Conocer las tareas de todas las estaciones de cocina, incluyendo papas fritas, empanizado, ensamblaje, tableros y preparación de alimentos.
  • Reabastecer el inventario de la cocina según sea necesario.
  • Mantener la cocina ordenada, limpia y organizada en todo momento.
  • Mantenerse al día con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A.
  • Trabajar de manera segura alrededor del equipo de cocina y reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento al liderazgo.
  • Mantener el conocimiento del entrenamiento de cocina y mantenerse al día con cualquier cambio.
