• Food preparation : Prepares ingredients like vegetables, meats, and seasonings according to recipes.
• Cooking and menu execution : Executes various cooking techniques (grilling, frying, baking, etc.) to prepare dishes according to the menu and established standards.
• Quality control : Monitors food for freshness, adherence to recipes, and adjusts seasoning as necessary.
• Kitchen organization and sanitation : Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including equipment and utensils. Adheres to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaboration and communication : Works effectively with other kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure efficient service and address any issues.
