IT Project Manager (On-site, 5 Days / week)

1. Technical Experience (Computer Science or Engineering Experience)

2. Technical Project Management Experience (At least 2 years of this)

3. Strong communication and organization skills

• Description
• Coordinate with hardware delivery schedules and installation teams
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Serve as the main liaison between site teams and the central manager
• Support onboarding of Software Engineers in early 2026
• Ensure smooth deployment of software and hardware solutions
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience transitioning from technical roles (e.g., coding) to functional PM roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in manufacturing or plant environments preferred
• Familiarity with hardware / software deployment projects is a plus
• PMP or other formal PM certifications are beneficial

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00 / hr.
