A company is looking for a Practice Support Representative to assist customers and patients with website tools and testing device processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via telephone with questions regarding website tools and uploading processes
Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, physician updates, and fax communications
Provide cross-training support to co-workers and troubleshoot uploading issues for tests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service / support experience preferred
Must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and sit / stand for extended periods
Flexibility in working hours to meet job requirements
