What You’ll Do and Impact

Own the end‑to‑end creative strategy and execution for positioning, marketing, and advertising campaigns across all channels.

Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, driving alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, UX, or a related field.

7+ years of experience leading creative direction, content development, or campaign strategy.

Proven track record of delivering successful, data‑informed creative initiatives.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.

Ability to travel by car and / or plane up to 10%.

Additional Items of Interest

Experience in senior care, health tech, or mission‑driven sectors preferred.

Certification or training in UX, design strategy, or AI tools a plus.
