Job Summary

U nder direct supervision of the Technical Systems Supervisor, the Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support to TRS employees, Trustees, Consultants, and other users of TRS’ computing environment and equipment. This position is responsible for providing frontline support through a centralized Help Desk and will perform on-call services when necessary.
