Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Technician

Schedule: Sunday morning to Wednesday morning, 2 AM - 6 AM (4 days a week)

Location: San Clemente, 92672

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in a commercial setting. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks and will work independently while being receptive to feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain 4 restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and sanitary.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, and mopping of floors.
- Spot clean walls and chairs as needed to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty trash cans and refill supplies regularly.
- Thoroughly clean behind a bar area with attention to detail.
- Wipe down and maintain 5 floor mats.
- Lock up premises securely at the end of each shift.
- Adapt to changing job duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to accept feedback constructively.
- Flexibility in day-to-day job assignments.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
