Logistics Analyst -AIE-WFS - Ft. Hood, TX (Secret Clearance Required)

Job Description:

GDIT has an opportunity for a Logistics Analyst at Ft. Hood, TX. Must have a current and active Secret clearance.

Requirements:

• Prepare items for shipment which include duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products to support FSRs in the field that are servicing incident tickets submitted by the end user.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics movements and warehouse.
• Prepare various reports for daily updates to customer and Site POCs.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order life cycle of equipment supporting AIE system.
• Keep track of quality, quantity of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Utilize spreadsheets to track all RMA transactions.
• May assist with all processes dealing with inventory procedures to include; equipment inventory layout, component list inventories, sub hand receipts and shortage annex procedures and relocation of equipment and materials.
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AA/AS, 5+ years experience (will consider other combinations of education and years of experience)
• Secret Clearance Required
• GCSS Army Experience Desired
• Helpdesk Ticket handling experience desired
• Ability to lift 40lbs, operate a forklift, sit or stand for 8 hours and support working outside in non-airconditioned work areas.

The likely salary range for this position is $49,300 - $66,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
