Internal Medicine Physician - Palouse Medical

Pay Range :

The base pay range for this position is

$287,000.00-$350,000.00 Annual

however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA, is looking for four board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physicians who have recently completed training or are considering a career change to enhance our growing Internal Medicine program at Palouse Medical.

Palouse Medical, located inside Pullman Regional Hospital, is a full-service primary care clinic, offering both family and internal medicine services and quick care services through ReadyCare. Palouse Medical has 24 exam rooms and averages 1,800 visits per month.

Position Highlights :

• Health system employed position with Pullman Regional Hospital, an award-winning critical access hospital
• Base salary negotiable at or above median with opportunities for production and quality bonuses
• Benefits include but are not limited to : Health, vision, and dental insurance, WA license and WA DEA reimbursement, board certification and renewal reimbursement, $7,000 CME credits, covered medical staff dues, long and short-term disability insurance, retirement plan, and life insurance
• Commitment incentive of 10% of base
• Retention incentive of $100,000 over 5 years
• Moving stipend of $10,000

• Flexible scheduling including outpatient, inpatient, hybrid, and job share models

• Clinic call shared within the health system
• Nurse case management support and robust hospitalist program with 5 employed internal medicine physicians serving inpatients only
• Integrated behavioral health program, comprehensive diabetes management program, and population health program
• Opportunity for regional nursing home and skilled nursing facility rounding
