Senior Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of competitive proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs, including managing content, schedules, submission requirements, and interview materials, while balancing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Create custom qualifications packages and tailored client materials that encourage market growth
• Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
• Develop and maintain project profiles, experience sheets, resumes, and brochures
• Create website content, support awards submissions, develop press releases, write industry articles, and assist with presentations
• Coordinate with business development teams on strategy, messaging, and positioning
• Ensure all materials align with the firm’s brand standards and quality expectations
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with department staff (senior graphic designer, marketing analyst, marketing generalist and marketing specialist)
• Design and manage company special projects and firm-wide initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in A/E/C or professional services
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience developing proposals in a deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and disciplines
• Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
• Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
• Ability to travel approximately 5-10% primarily within New England
