What We Value in You :

DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school Current Georgia license or eligible upon graduation Up-to-date CPR and BLS certifications Experience in clinical or private practice Excellent chairside manner Strong verbal and written communication skills

Benefits You will Enjoy :

First-year guarantee of $225,000 or 30% of adjusted production (whichever is greater)

Second-year compensation at 30% of adjusted production

$20,000 sign-on bonus

Eligible for Pathway to Partnership

$2,500 annual CE allowance + extensive in-house CE program
