Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, in-town parts pickup and general shop duties. Other tasks include putting items into inventory and keeping track of parts received vs. not received on a per project basis. Good organizational skills and a high attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our production staff, you will :

• Identify incoming shipments, compare products received to the packing slip, noting any differences and forward packing slip to Order Processing in a timely manner
• Use our computer system to track incoming parts, fill orders and maintain accurate inventory counts
• Keep project pick lists up to date with parts that have been received
• Pull products based on delivery ticket and double check the order for accuracy
• Pack and ship orders to customers
• Assist with processing UPS and motor freight shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
• Assist with local parts pickup and deliveries by driving a company vehicle, as needed
• Assist Production and Operations managers with any other duties, as needed
