We are seeking experienced Training Specialists to support a large-scale SAP ERP system implementation. This full-time role involves developing and delivering training content, conducting instructor-led sessions, providing technical guidance, and supporting adoption across multiple business units.

Must be local to Rosemead, CA.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical and organizational readiness training for ERP systems.
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions and provide virtual learning options as needed.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Track and report on training outcomes and learner progress.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience delivering ERP training programs, including both instructor-led and virtual formats.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies.
  • Experience developing training content aligned with regulatory or compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety qualifications or experience in high-risk operational environments is a plus.

  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer, sandbox, and proficiency labs.

    • b. Training Delivery

  • Provide ILT, vILT, WBT, job aids.
  • Role-based learning journeys mapped to business processes.
  • Lab facilitation, simulations, and hands-on environments.

    • c. Post-Go-Live & Hypercare

  • Refresher training, office hours, performance measurement, continuous improvement.

    • d. Ramp Up / Ramp Down

  • Phase-aligned staffing plans.
  • Continuity of trainers across releases while flexing resource pool.
