Litigation Attorney

Job Title : Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

Location : West Palm Beach or Miami, FL

Salary : $110k - $200k (compensation depends on experience)

Requirements : 3+ years of Litigation experience, must have First Chair experience in Jury Trials, Florida Bar good standing, J.D

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team, specializing in personal injury and civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jury trials and litigation strategy, with a commitment to advocating for clients in Florida's legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury and civil litigation cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents
• Manage case files, including discovery and document review
• Advise clients on legal rights and options
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Prepare for and attend trials, serving as first chair when necessary
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards
• Engage in courtroom advocacy and present cases compellingly
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
