Job Description

Specialty accepted : Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

Start date : ASAP - Ongoing

Shifts requested : Monday - Sunday, 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Practice setting : In-Home Health Assessments

Patient load : 5 to 8 assessments per day (assessments last approximately 45-75 minutes)

Ages : Geriatrics

Procedures required : In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans, H&P evaluations, review medications / dosages, physical exams, blood pressure checks, finger sticks, etc.

Requirements : Must be willing to travel at least 75 miles to patient homes, proprietary EMR (Signify) experience (documentation done on iPad), minimum 3 consecutive days per week every week or 2 full weeks per month availability, credentialing timeframe : 30-45 days

Benefits : Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
