Compensation : $19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Lead and support the team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote employee growth and development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop strategies that drive revenue and enhance overall store performance.
