A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to provide legal support to the Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support with emphasis on Non Disclosure Agreements and Litigation production

Coordinate responses to legal questions and compliance direction with various teams

Work with in-house legal team and external parties on contract support and project needs

Required Qualifications

4 or more years of applicable work experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in Litigation management and e-Discovery

Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications recognized
