Branch Manager - Trench Shoring

Hiring Immediately ; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule : Monday - Friday (55-60 Hrs. / Wk.)

Salary range $130-$150 DOE

Position Requirements

  • Previous Trench Shoring Operational Leadership experience preferred, 3-5 years minimum
  • Sales leadership a plus but not Preferred
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including inside sales, outside sales, transportation & logistics, maintenance, P / L, and employee related items (payroll, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
  • Oversee the Outside Sales team and be involved in the sales program by directly selling to potential / current customers
  • Prepare yearly business plans with the Management Teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization, and overall branch growth.

  • Review daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor branch performance and take corrective action with any deficiencies which includes developing action plans
  • Monitor fleet performance and prepare equipment requisitions for additional equipment.
  • Prepare yearly business plan with Regional Management team forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization and overall branch growth
  • Train and develop a dedicated work force while seeking to provide opportunities for career growth for each individual. Provide immediate coaching and guidance as it relates to their performance
  • Maintain company standards with the facility, equipment and delivery fleet. This includes cleanliness, organization and appearance of personal workspaces
  • Monitor and ensure safety and environmental compliance. This includes maintaining all records and documentation
  • Adhere to and assure all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form
  • Conduct monthly branch and safety meetings.
