This is a on-site position - no remote option.

Responsibilities include :

• Record and pay account payable.
• Issue invoices to and collect from customers
• Calculate pay and issue payments to employees
• Create financial statements and related financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts
• Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system
• Monitor cash levels.

Successful candidate should have following experiences / :

• We are looking for someone with at least 3 years experiences as a Full charge Bookkeeper.
• Able in a quick pace environment where changes are constant.
• QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Microsoft Office Suite
