Machine Operator | West Jordan, UT

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an essential role in our daily operations, supporting production, quality, and shipping while working in a dynamic environment that encourages learning, growth, and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day minting operations including machine operation, material handling, packaging, and shipping.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Log production data accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Perform daily sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Operate automated equipment and PLC-controlled machines (training provided).

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed SOPs consistently.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Motivated, accountable, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift (up to 75 lbs occasionally), and work in varying environments.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as business needs dictate.
  • Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to log data accurately.
  • Prior experience operating automated equipment and PLCs is highly desirable.

    $21.00

    Maximum Pay Rate

    $23.00

    Job Type

    Full-Time

    Shift / Schedule

    5 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM | Must be flexible to work overtime as needed | Occasional weekend work as needed
