M&A Relationship Associate

A company is looking for an M&A Relationship Associate to manage pre-closing and post-closing administration of M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with operations and payments departments to solicit and distribute proceeds to shareholders

Review and finalize solicitation documents to ensure compliance with operational procedures

Field inquiries from corporate principals, counsel, and shareholders regarding transactions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience

Ability to become a subject matter expert in payment processes

Knowledge of M&A transactions and willingness to learn

Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred but not required
