Senior Director of Operations

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations to manage and oversee all business operations while focusing on growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management to staff, aligning with the company's mission and values

Develop strategic relationships with customers and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance

Support the President in achieving business goals and objectives, including profitability and cash flow

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management

10+ years of experience in the US Federal Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry

10+ years of experience in Business Management and Operations Management supporting the Public Sector

5+ years of experience in US Federal Business Strategy and Development

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; background check required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
