Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract candidates
Create a strong network of potential candidates and maintain market intelligence
Collaborate with hiring teams to source, qualify, and promote the employer brand
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment / talent sourcing
2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a tech environment
5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization
Experience in finding candidates on social media and professional networks
Experience working on technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions
