Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An educational institution in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher with expertise in working with students who have intermediate disabilities. This full-time, onsite contract position is available immediately and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY).

Location : Glendale, AZ

Setting : Middle school, Sales classroom

Grade Levels : 6th through 8th grade

Contract Type : Full-time, onsite (vocational opportunities may be considered)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students with intermediate disabilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to 6th-8th grade students in a Sales classroom environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and success.
• Monitor student behavior and academic performance, employing strategies that foster growth and development.
• Maintain clear communication with families and school staff regarding student progress and needs.
• Participate in professional development and school meetings as required.
