Work Shift : Night

Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

Join our team as a dedicated Clinical Nurse, where you will have the opportunity to create a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests while documenting treatments as required.
  • Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
  • Assessing and evaluating patient needs and responses to care rendered.
  • Applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
  • Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
  • Administering medications as ordered, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
  • Directing and guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of a professional nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg, Progressive Care, or ICU.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools, along with the ability to apply them for departmental and patient care quality improvement.
