Seeking Senior Logistics Coordinator candidates with relevant Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Healthcare And Life Sciences Sector Clients such as HHS. This as a 1111 Contractor or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Disaster Response, Recovery, and Logistics Operations (Senior Logistics Coordinator) in the Healthcare And Life Sciences Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as US Department Of Health And Human Services (HHS) | HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Located In CONUS and across the Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Logistics Coordinator Assists with the logistical aspects of meetings, conferences, and special events. Also assists with videoconferences, focus group meetings, field tests, and webcasts. Contribute to the marketing efforts direct mail, radio, press, e-mail and other channels to communicate messages effectively. Contribute to the preparation of invitations. Contribute to the maintenance of participant or applicant database. Field questions about registration and meeting agenda.

Research travel arrangements for meeting planners. Track registration fees and payments. Send and collect reimbursement forms of meeting participants. Check honoraria and keeps list of payments. Contribute to the preparation, reproduction, and distribution of conference materials.

Research information about possible room setup, audiovisual equipment, and other on-site meeting needs. Assist meeting planners with on-site work, including telephone, fax, transportation, and related requests from participants. Assist meeting planners in arrangements for video conferences, Webcasts, focus groups, and field tests.
