Compensation and Benefits

Starting Wage : $18 / hour.

Health insurance : Aetna Coverage, with Vision and Dental included. $140 monthly premium for qualifying full time employees.

Paid time off : Paid time off is available after 1 year of employment for full time employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plating desserts and breads for nightly dinner services
  • Maintaining inventory pars on all products affiliated with your station
  • Producing station prep and ensuring the result is always consistent
  • Setting up and breaking down your station
  • Balancing production for service, events, and prep items.
  • Alerting chefs of products that we are low on
  • Ensuring quality product while maintaining organization and cleanliness
  • High volume
  • Event set up and break down
  • Line detailing and cleaning
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency with attention to detail and ability to develop proper time management for tasks

Experience, Skills & Abilities :

  • Opportunities to aid in the creative process
  • Pastry experience is preferred, but exceptions can be made

    • Closed : ALL Major Holidays

    (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, 4th of July, etc.)
