Pay : $30 / hour Location : Centennial, CO Schedule : Flexible, 25-40 hours / week depending on workload Position Type : Direct Hire Express Employment Professionals is searching for a qualified Bookkeeper for a Direct Hire opportunity. We are partnered with a manufacturer's representative located in Centennial, Colorado that represents products, parts and components for five national companies. With a local office that has a small team, a collaborative, easy-going culture we're seeking a professional, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial operations, reporting and to support the team.

Duties / Position Highlights :

• Maintain QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) for all accounting functions
• Prepare weekly financial reports for the home office
• Handle invoicing, deposits, expense entries, and general ledger updates
• Research and apply sales tax when applicable
• Generate and send monthly aging reports for receivables
• Provide occasional administrative support (e.g., answering phones)
