About the Event

Join the American Diabetes Association for the 30th Annual Leaders Forum HealthTech Showcase , a premier gathering of health innovators, corporate partners, and community leaders advancing diabetes research and care. This inspiring event features a morning innovation showcase followed by a luncheon program celebrating groundbreaking work in health technology.

Volunteer Role

We’re looking for 3 friendly and organized volunteers to support our on-site team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in professional event management and connect with leading voices in healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with attendee check-in
  • Guide exhibitors to their assigned tables
  • Greet and direct attendees to the Showcase and Luncheon areas
  • Provide general event support as needed

Ideal Volunteers

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional in demeanor
  • Comfortable interacting with guests and exhibitors
  • Able to stand or move around the event space for portions of the shift
