This CDL A Truck Driver position in Salt Lake City, UT 84101 will run consistent freight throughout the Southwest region while working with an experienced dispatch team focused on efficient routing and reliable scheduling. This position is designed for drivers who prefer steady miles, predictable dispatch planning, and regular time at home.
Routes typically operate within regional lanes that support consistent freight movement and dependable trip planning.
Compensation
Drivers in this position earn Weekly Pay – $1,450 to $1,925, depending on available miles and route assignments. Consistent freight allows drivers to maintain strong weekly mileage while working within established operating lanes.
Home Time and Scheduling
• Weekly home time with approximately 48 hours off
• Consistent trip planning through regional freight lanes
• Dispatch support focused on efficient routing and scheduling

Freight and Equipment
Drivers operate late-model International ProStar tractors equipped with driver comfort and safety features including:
Auxiliary power units (APUs)
Power inverters
Aerodynamic components designed to support fuel efficiency
Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads, with a high percentage of drop-and-hook freight to reduce loading delays and improve trip efficiency.
Orientation and Support
New drivers attend a three-day paid orientation that introduces company procedures, safety expectations, and dispatch communication processes. Travel, meals, and lodging are provided during orientation.
Once on the road, drivers have access to operations and safety support teams available to assist with routing, scheduling, and trip planning.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Current DOT Medical Card
At least 6 months of regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience within the past 12 months
Completion of FMCSA Clearinghouse registration
Ability to meet DOT safety and background requirements
