A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product adoption, retention, and growth by cultivating deep customer relationships
Develop and execute strategic account plans and deliver business reviews to enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor customer health, identify renewal risks, and ensure successful renewals through collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in SaaS or a similar industry
2+ years of experience working with Enterprise size accounts
General knowledge of tax reporting and compliance is a plus
Experience with CSM technologies such as Salesforce or Gainsight
Proficient in Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plus
